  • Full contract stack executed: EPC, O&M, digester fuel supply, land lease, interconnection and CUP permit.

Value to the customer

  • 20-year power purchase agreement awarded under PG&E's BioMAT tariff — long-dated, indexed revenue.
  • 10.6% post-tax IRR before leverage, with the investment tax credit monetised through Baker Tilly.
  • Turns a dairy waste liability into a firm revenue stream and captures methane that would otherwise vent.
